If you plan to celebrate and not drive, here is some useful information. You can download new timetables for bus routes 29, 329, N029 there are also files with the times of first and last trains on the Piccadilly Line and First Capital Connect services.
November 25th sees the withdrawal of the articulated buses on route 29 and N29. After this date all services on these routes will be provided by double decker buses. The new timetables from 26th November are in the following files. Services to Enfield will operate every 10 minutes all night all week which will have an impact on the night time economy.

Oakwood Parking Consultation

Following two rounds of public consultation about proposed revisions to the the Oakwood Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) the Enfield Council has now published the legal Traffic Orders which will allow this scheme to go ahead.The main proposals are to extend the CPZ into the whole of Carlton Way, Lakenheath (between Wolverton Way and Merrivale), Merrivale (between Lakenheath and Chase Road) and Chase Road (between Wolverton Way and Merrivale).
There are also proposals to create some new residents' parking bays and to make other small changes to the parking bays at various locations in the CPZ.
The Traffic Orders and plans showing the details of these changes can be inspected at the Civic Centre.
Anyone who wants to object to these proposals should do so by writing to the Head of Traffic and Transportation Services, Civic Centre, Silver Street Enfield EN1 3XD - quoting reference TG52/1134. Objections must be sent the Council by 16th November 2011.
